The weird part is Spreetail told me one carrier was handling the delivery, but then a different one showed up without any clear timing. It felt like nobody was on the same page, and the tracking didn’t help at all. Frustrating experience overall

The support team was nice and professional, so that was fine. I’m totally not bothered or anything, but it did take longer than I expected to get a clear answer. They did sort it out in the end, I just would’ve appreciated faster replies

The box showed up crushed, and reading between the lines, it seems like it wasn’t handled very carefully during shipping. Not exactly the best first impression

The prices were okay, but not amazing. I did find a couple of things that were cheaper here, which was nice, but then other items were the same price or even a little higher than Amazon or Walmart.

Shipping was fine and I didn’t have any real issues there, but I hate feeling like I wasted energy jumping between tabs just to figure out if I was actually getting a deal. I’d probably shop here again, but only after comparing prices first.

I got what I ordered and it works, so no real complaints there. Shipping was fine too, nothing amazing but no issues.

I ordered one thing and ended up getting something completely different. Reading between the lines, it seems like there was probably a mix-up somewhere in packing or shipping, but either way, I didn’t get what I paid for.

Said it was in stock. I placed the order. Then, of course, it wasn’t actually available. Inventory was wrong again. Frustrating.

Got my order and one piece was cracked. Not great. Kind of frustrating right out of the box. I had to take a few pictures and send them over, then wait a couple days for a response. But to be fair, customer service did get back to me and sent a replacement. So... not the easiest experience, but they handled it. Would’ve been 5 stars if it had just arrived in good shape the first time.

I’m still waiting on my refund and it’s been way too long!!! I wasn’t expecting it to take this much time at all... frustrating, to be honest!!

I got exactly what I paid for. The order was correct, nothing was missing, and it arrived when checkout said it would. Can’t ask for much more than that, seems fair to me.

I’d been meaning to grab this for a while and finally ordered it after comparing a few options. I ordered from spreetail and the shipping was quick, so I was happy at first. I kind of figured fast shipping meant the whole order would be smooth, but when I opened the box, a couple of the small parts/accessories that were supposed to be included weren’t there.
I reached out to support and they did get back to me, so I’ll give them that. It just took longer than I expected, and I had to explain the same thing more than once, which got old fast. Maybe it wasn’t a huge deal, but when something is missing, it feels bigger than it probably is.

The item itself seems okay so far, and I don’t think it’s a bad product. But having to chase down missing pieces took the excitement out of it for me. Since the shipping was good but the order wasn’t complete, 3 stars feels about right

I ordered this from Spreetail i made a quick assumption as soon as I opened the box because something just felt off. The packaging didn’t look like the one I’d bought before, and the labels weren’t what I was expecting either.

I’m not saying I can prove it was fake, but I definitely didn’t feel comfortable using it. I reached out about it, and the response I got was basic, like they didn’t really look into it much.

Maybe other people had a totally fine experience, but for me there were too many little things that made the authenticity feel questionable. I’d rather not take the chance again, so I won’t be ordering it from them in the future.

I had to return something I ordered from Spreetail, the return part itself was straightforward. The label was easy to find, the instructions made sense, and I didn’t really run into any confusion there.
